Perfect spot for a group getaway

the staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment we got there. Breakfast was a hit, different things every morning, waffles for the kids, and some killer eggs for us.

it wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get it's not bad at all.

The river views from our balcony were amazing. The pool area was well-maintained, perfect for sunset lounging. The landscaping by the river made for a serene escape. Our room was spacious and, best of all, the linens were great.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The balcony with an amazing river view was a highlight, and the landscaping made sitting by the river a pleasure. However, housekeeping was lacking. the room wasn’t made one day, and we had to call for towels. Breakfast offerings were standard and quickly depleted, with little restocking which could be improved.

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to all the nearby attractions, including the river views which were beautiful. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay without any notice, which was a letdown. The breakfasts were a highlight, with plenty of options available each morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. While there were some cleanliness issues in the room, the views really made up for it.

i had a fantastic anniversary stay at the hotel in helen. the river view room was breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the breakfast selection surpassed my previous stays in helen, offering a wide variety of options. the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our visit.

We had a fantastic time splashing around at Helen Tubing & Waterpark just a short drive from here! The hotel was wonderfully close to shops and eateries. We enjoyed the serene river views from our balcony, making it perfect for our family getaway with our grandchild.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

I enjoyed the fantastic location of the Hampton Inn. It’s just a short walk to downtown Helen, perfect for exploring the area. The room with the river view was stunning, especially during sunset. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, with a good variety that was fresh and hot. The coffee and cookies available throughout the day were a nice touch too. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making my stay even better. However, the room showed signs of wear. The bathroom caulking needed attention, and the balcony lock didn’t function properly. The carpets could use a refresh as well. Overall, the convenience outweighed these cosmetic issues, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

A Peaceful Getaway with Great Service

After a last-minute decision to stay here, I couldn't be happier! The staff genuinely cared about our comfort. I enjoyed relaxing on the private balcony watching the river floaters. Don’t miss the delightful breakfast spread, especially the biscuits and gravy. Grab some cookies at check-in for a sweet treat!

Comfortable stay in a scenic location.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me find directions, and I appreciated their friendliness. I’m coming back for Easter!
